Each piece is formed, painted, glazed and kiln-fired individually. The portrait is painted onto the ceramic rather than printed; small differences in texture and brushwork can occur.

Upload a clear, well-lit main photograph with your pet’s face and markings visible. Add front, side and back views using the optional photo fields when available. Avoid blurry images, heavy filters and cropped faces.

Can I add a name, dates or a message?

Yes. Use the personalization window to add the text you would like included, choose a lettering preference and leave notes for our maker. Please double-check spelling and dates before adding the item to your cart.

Will my finished keepsake look exactly like the preview?

The preview is a guide to your text and lettering preference. Final placement, size, composition and handmade details depend on the selected product and your reference photographs.

How long will my order take?

For the US mainland, allow 8–15 business days after payment and usable personalization information: 1 business day for handling, 2–5 for production, and 5–9 for shipping. Requests that need clarification may take longer.

Can I return a personalized keepsake?

Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind once production begins. For damage, defects or an incorrect item, contact service@pawandash.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Contact us before sending any return.

How should I care for my keepsake?
