Payment Policy

Secure Shopify checkout

Orders are paid through the store's Shopify checkout. The payment methods currently enabled for your location, currency and device are displayed at checkout. Use only the methods shown there; a payment brand mentioned elsewhere does not guarantee it is available for a particular order.

Payment information is handled by the checkout payment provider. Paw & Ash does not store your full credit card number. Do not email card numbers, passwords or one-time security codes to customer support.

Authorization and order processing

Production begins only after successful payment authorization and receipt of the information needed to personalize your order. A declined or unverified payment can delay or prevent an order. Make sure your billing details and payment authorization are correct.

Prices, currency and fees

Review the currency, total price, shipping and taxes displayed before completing payment. Your bank or provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. We currently accept delivery orders only within the contiguous United States: the 48 adjoining states and Washington, DC. Paw & Ash covers U.S. import duties, tariffs and customs clearance charges, with no additional import charges due on delivery. Any sales tax charged at checkout is shown before payment. Refunds and payment questions

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method under our Refund & Returns Policy. Contact service@pawandash.com with your order number if you need payment assistance. If checkout fails, check for a confirmation email before trying again to avoid placing duplicate orders.
