Use your shipping confirmation

When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with its tracking number and carrier link. Open that link to view the latest carrier updates. Check your spam or promotions folder if the email has not appeared.

Before dispatch

A personalized order needs handling and production time before a tracking number is issued. For contiguous United States orders, the standard estimate is 1 business day for handling, 2–5 business days for production and 5–9 business days for shipping, totaling 8–15 business days after payment, usable photographs and complete personalization instructions are received. Need help finding your order?

Email service@pawandash.com with the order number and the email used at checkout. We can help locate the dispatch information. If the carrier tracking has not changed for more than 10 business days, contact us so we can investigate.
