About these terms

Paw & Ash at pawandash.com is operated by DAAN FASHION JEWELRY CO., LIMITED. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. These terms apply to browsing the store and purchasing our products. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Accounts and order information

You must be legally able to make a purchase. Provide accurate, current contact, billing, payment and delivery information, and keep any account credentials secure. You must be authorized to use the payment method you submit.

Products and customization

Read the product description, dimensions, available options and care information before ordering. Product photos and on-screen previews illustrate the design; screen settings, materials and the nature of handmade or photo-based work can affect appearance. This does not excuse an item that is defective or materially different from its description.

You are responsible for checking the photographs, spelling, dates, messages, sizes and options you submit. Upload only images and text you own or have permission to use. You grant us and the providers making your order permission to process that material to prepare, manufacture and support your ordered product. This permission does not authorize advertising use of your photos; separate permission is required for that.

If you need a design change, special instruction or clarification, contact us before production. Do not assume that an automatic photo preview is a finished artwork approval or that every order includes a separate design proof. Any additional review or change must be confirmed with our support team.

Orders, payment and pricing

An order is a request to purchase. Acceptance depends on payment approval, available materials and our ability to make and deliver the item. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for it. We may contact you to clarify customization or address information before work begins.

The currency, product price, any shipping charge and applicable checkout taxes are displayed before payment. Prices or offers may change for future orders. If a pricing or listing error affects an order, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to the correction or cancel and refund it. We currently accept delivery orders only within the contiguous United States: the 48 adjoining states and Washington, DC. Paw & Ash covers U.S. import duties, tariffs and customs clearance charges, with no additional import charges due on delivery. Any sales tax charged at checkout is shown before payment.

Cancellations, delivery and returns

Request cancellation or changes within 48 hours of purchase and as early as possible. We can honor them only before personalized production begins; production is not promised to wait for the full 48-hour period.

Our Shipping Policy explains handling, production, delivery estimates, shipping charges and parcel issues. Dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, holidays or other disruption. Contact us about delayed or missing parcels so we can investigate and provide the stated remedy.

Our Refund & Returns Policy applies to returns, damage, defects, incorrect items and refunds. Personalized items are excluded from change-of-mind returns after production begins. Claims for damage, defects or our errors remain available. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use the store lawfully. Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious material; impersonate another person; interfere with security or other users; or use the service for fraud. We may decline material we cannot lawfully process and will contact you about an affected order.

Store content, branding and original design material belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Permission to shop does not grant rights to reproduce or commercially use that content. You retain the rights you hold in your own uploaded material.

Shopify and other providers

Shopify supplies the platform for this store. Your purchase contract is with DAAN FASHION JEWELRY CO., LIMITED, trading as Paw & Ash. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the manufacture or fulfillment of your order. Independent payment providers, delivery services and linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, including uploaded photos. Shopify's separate processing is described in its Consumer Privacy Policy.

Service availability and responsibility

We take reasonable steps to keep the store accurate and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. We are responsible for our obligations to you under applicable law. Any restriction on liability in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude fraud, liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or your statutory consumer rights.

Hong Kong law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections available to you where you reside. Nothing here prevents you from using a court or dispute process that applicable consumer law entitles you to use.

Changes and contact

Updated terms apply when posted, or from a later date stated in the notice, and do not retrospectively remove rights from an existing order. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Email us if you have questions about an order or these terms.
