Preparing photos and personal details for your keepsake

Hand-painted ceramic memorial urn created from a pet photograph

A useful reference photograph helps explain the likeness you want us to recreate. You do not need a studio portrait. A clear original image with natural lighting is a good place to start.

Keep the subject easy to see

Choose a photograph with the face in focus and important features visible. Avoid heavy filters, blurred screenshots, and images that crop the ears or top of the head. For a pet, clear coloring and markings are particularly helpful. If your keepsake includes a sculpted figurine, add front and side views so the maker has more information about shape and posture.

Use the upload fields and production notes

The product page accepts a main photograph and three optional additional views in JPG, PNG, or WebP format, up to 20 MB each. Use the notes field to identify the subject to include when a photo contains several people or animals. Mention a preferred pose or distinctive marking that may be difficult to see.

Check the words as carefully as the photo

Review names, dates, punctuation, and any personal message before adding the item to your cart. The upload preview shows the file you selected; it is not a proof of finished artwork. If you need a separate design confirmation, contact support and obtain confirmation before production. In the cart, check the selected size and color alongside your uploaded photographs and personalization details.
